nagios-snmp-plugins software package provides SNMP Plugins for nagios, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install nagios-snmp-plugins
nagios-snmp-plugins is installed in your system.
Make ensure the nagios-snmp-plugins package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep nagios-snmp-plugins *
You will get with nagios-snmp-plugins package name, version, architecture and description in a table
